Bianca Lee Vasquez is a performance artist using photography, video and installation to document her ‘Earthbody’ work in nature. Born in Miami with cuban-ecuadorian origins, she is now based in Paris where she lives and works on different personal and commissioned projects.
Her interventions involve natural elements such as trees, branches or large stones intently exploring the connections between man and nature. The common thread running through her works draws from her sustained interest in her ancestral beliefs that cosmology and the human body are interrelated.
